Application form for admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG & Class I-VIII (Session 2025-26) is available.

Age of the child as on 31st March 2025:

Cost of the Application form : 500/-

Application form will be available in the school office from 09:30 am to 12:00 pm.

For registration form

• Two passport size photographs of the child will be required.
• Xerox copy of Aadhar Card/Birth Certificate.

At the time of Admission

• One passport size photograph of the child and parents will be required.
• Xerox copy of the birth certificate (Municipality/Block/Gov. Hospital).
• Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card.
• Blood Group Report
• Attach Transfer certificate (Original) for classes I - VIII from the previous school.
• For classes II and above PEN number (EMIS No.) has to be mentioned.
